Toine Giesberts

GAME DESIGNER

Biography

Toine Giesberts is a Designer pursuing a Computer Game Design BFA at George Mason University. He is currently the design director of GADIG, the largest game design club at GMU. The cohesiveness of his team’s work highlights his experience as a design lead.  He also has considerable leadership and organisation skills seen most recently with 2023’s GAMEmason.  Toine was a part of planning committee for the event that saw over 1,000 people attend various large game and speaker events. Toine believes that communication is key to any good project, working hard to instill that ideal into the teams he works with by communicating and coordinating with other members and team leads, as well as taking initiative when it comes to organizing meetings. Toine’s main focus is on design, having worked as the head designer on many projects working on parts ranging from level design to writing and quest design.
